Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

We welcome your comments and suggestions, they help us to improve our services. Tell us what we do best, where we don’t meet expectations, or any ideas and suggestions you may have by leaving us a review using our feedback form. You can also rate us using the Friends and Family Test.

Should you have any comments in respect of the practice or wish to make a complaint, these communications should be addressed to the practice manager/operations manager.

If you feel that you have not received an adequate response, please ask for a copy of our complaints procedure which details further steps that can be followed.
